游梁式抽油机悬点运动参数的计算

摘要:

根据游梁式抽油机四连杆机构的几何关系和运动特点,推导出任意时刻游梁摆角的数学表达式,进而求出游梁摆动的角位移、角速度和角加速度计算公式,以及悬点运动位移、速度和加速度的计算公式。以兰通产CYJ2.726B型抽油机为例进行了计算,并在0°~360°曲柄转角范围内绘制了悬点运动速度和加速度的变化曲线,从而给出了游梁式抽油机悬点运动参数计算的一种方法。该方法可用于曲柄任意方向旋转的游梁式抽油机,也适用于前置式抽油机,还可作为研究其它类型抽油机运动规律时参考。

Abstract: According to the geometry relationship and movement characteristics of the four bar mechanism in beam pumping unit, the walk beam's swing equation is found. Based on this equation, the calculation formular of the walking beam's swing angular displacement, angular velocity, angular accelaration and the distance, velocity, accelaration in the hanging point movement are obtained. Asaresult, a method to calculate the hanging point kinematic parameters of the beam pumping unit is given. The hanging point kinematic parameters of CYJ 2.7 26B pumping unit are calculated,and the relationshipcurvesbetweenthe velocity,accelaration and the crank angle are drawn where the range of crank angle is 0 ̄360. The presented method is available in both pre balanced pumping unit and the one whose crank can rotate in all directions, and it is of reference to the research of other pumping unit system.
