基于MPLS流量工程TCP/UDP业务拥塞问题的分析
Research on TCP/UDP traffic congestion problem based on MPLS traffic engineering

摘要:

为解决UDP(User Datagram Protocol)业务增加而出现的网络拥塞问题,提出了基于MPLS(MultiprotocolLabel Switching)流量工程显式路由机制和流量中继主干线解决TCP/UDP业务之间的不公平竞争网络带宽资源问题的策略,并进行了网络仿真实验.仿真结果表明:在拥塞发生时,用3条Trunks严格显式路由把UDP,TCP1,TCP2完全分开,业务流的性能都有所改善;UDP速率的增加并不影响TCP1和TCP2的吞吐量;分离TCP和UDP业务流,能够对各业务流提供QoS(Quality of Service)保证.

Abstract: To solve the network congestion problems for the increase of UDP traffic, the scheme is proposed that is based on MPLS traffic engineering explicit routing and traffic trunk to solve unfairness in allocating the network bandwidth among TCP and UDP, and network simulation experiment is carried out. The result of simulations shows when network congestion happens, on the condition of the strict explicit routing three trunks the traffic of UDP, TCP1 and TCP2 are separated, all traffic performances are improved, the increase of UDP rate does not affect the throughput. So separating the traffic of TCP and UDP can ensure all traffic QoS.
