注过热蒸气井筒物性参数计算综合数学模型A comprehensive wellbore steam flow model for superheat steam injection

摘要(Abstract):
把过热蒸气理解为过热蒸气压力下的干饱和蒸气,经过恒压吸热过程温度升高至该过热蒸气的温度的蒸气,根据饱和蒸气运用传热学、热力学及流体流动理论,建立井筒中过热蒸气流动和热量传递的综合数学模型,可以较为精确计算稠油热采井注过热蒸气沿程参数变化规律.对哈萨克斯坦肯基亚克盐上油田试验区注入井井筒的温度、压力和过热度分布及井筒的热损失进行计算,与实测结果对比,平均误差均不超过3.17%,表明模型的计算精度较高.
