某重型发动机排气歧管的流场分析与优化设计Flow field analysis and optimization design of a heavy-duty engine exhaust manifold

摘要(Abstract):
发动机排气歧管的内部流场流动均匀性是影响排气歧管换热性能的重要因素。基于计算流体动力学分析,采用RNG k-ε湍流模型,进行发动机排气歧管内部流场的流动均匀程度数值分析;采用响应曲面优化方法,进行排气歧管的最优结构设计。结果表明:排气歧管内部流场的流动均匀程度主要受支管1、3、4弯曲部位的结构影响,优化后的排气歧管流动均匀性满足要求,流动均匀指数较优化前提升6.1%。减小排气歧管支管1、4的内外弯曲半径和增加支管3的弯曲内半径有利于提升流动均匀指数。该结果可为某重型发动机的结构优化设计提供指导。
