旋流分离技术研究及其应用
Research and application of hydrocyclonic separation technology

摘要:

介绍旋流器的基本结构、工作原理及其分类,阐述油-水旋流分离技术、用于细颗粒处理的固-液旋流分离技术、气-液旋流分离技术及其应用,分析脉动流条件下的实验、旋流流场特性、旋流器制造材料和相关加工方法、脱气除砂一体化三相分离旋流器等,提出旋流分离技术未来的研究思路.

Abstract: Simple status of study on hydrocyclonic separation technology,basic structure,working principle,and classification of hydrocyclones are introduced,focusing on the hydrocyclonic separation technology research carried out at Northeast Petroleum University,such as oil-water hydrocyclonic separation,fine particle hydrocyclonic treatment,gas-liquid hydrocyclonic separation,the research contents, main achievements,and correlating applications are described.In addition,the research on hydrocyclonic separation under cyclic flow condition,characteristics of hydrocyclonic flow field,materials and manufacturing methods,and the new designs like de-gas/de-sand three phase separation hydrocyclone is also introduced.Future research plan and ideas are proposed in the end.
