管道泄漏检测技术现状及展望
Status quo and prospect of pipeline leakage detection and location

摘要:

为研究管道泄漏的检测和定位技术,介绍了基于泄漏噪声探测、系缆式漏磁探测、放射性示踪剂检漏原理的管道内检测法,以及热红外成像、嗅觉传感器、负压波、压力梯度、质量或体积平衡、光纤检漏、监测控制与数据采集(SCA-DA)系统、应力波检测、声波检测原理的管道外检测法,预测了未来管道泄漏的检测和定位方法,其中分布式光纤温度传感器技术、SCADA技术和负压波技术极具发展前途.

Abstract: In this paper we divide leakage detection and location methods into leakage inspection inside pipelines and outsie pipelines, introduce the basic content and advantages and defects of soundex of leakage noise, soundex of anchor cable magnetic leakage ,scan radioactive tracer leakage detection inside of pipeline, thermal band imaging, sensor of smell, method of suction wave, method of pressure gradient, mass or volume equity, optical fiber leakage detection, system of SCADA, method of stress wave detection, sound wave detection. We also Prospect the future methods of leakage detection and location, and the technologies of distributivity optical fiber temperature sensor, SCADA and rarefaction wave are promising.
